Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure construction projects remain within the approved budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
• Review construction drawings and project specifications
• Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
• Evaluate quotations from contractors and suppliers
• Monitor project expenses and financial progress
• Prepare progress claims and payment certificates
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality
• Maintain accurate project cost records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Basic knowledge of construction costing and contracts
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and quantity estimation software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fresh graduates may also apply
